Selected work/Signed off

Our latest engagements, and what each one moved.

A run of builds and one long-running retainer. Every figure below was measured on real client work. Where a number is missing, it is because nobody was tracking it before we arrived.

Diggs Publishing

Figma → Shopify

A publishing hub built to hold a growing catalogue

Book pages, bulk orders, an ambassador programme, and a content model the team can extend without us. The design came from Figma; the structure underneath it was ours.

The transition from our initial designs to the live site was handled with a lot of technical precision. They built a clean, stable platform that manages our content exactly how we intended.

A store that looked right and converted badly

We rebuilt the backend, fixed the mobile purchase path, and made local pickup a first-class option rather than a checkout afterthought. The catalogue stayed the same; the route through it did not.

Our Shopify store needed to do more than just look good; it needed to convert. They cleaned up our backend, improved the mobile experience, and made the shopping journey much smoother.

Measurement, not a rebuild

A multi-year retainer for an automotive services business that already had traffic. The work is making that traffic countable and then making it convert: owning the measurement stack, and testing the frontend price by price rather than redesigning around it.

KidsAgain

Figma → WordPress

Built for families on phones

Most of the audience arrives on a mid-range Android over mobile data, and the people publishing are a small team with no developer. Both constraints shaped the build more than the design did.

We needed a site that was easy for families to use and fast on any device. Our team can finally manage content without breaking the site, and we have seen much higher engagement from our community.

LFGconnect

LFGconnect WordPress site

A UK app entering the US market

They needed an acquisition hub that loads fast and drives downloads, not a brochure. We built for the store-listing click and kept everything else out of its way.

Expanding into the US market was a huge technical hurdle for us. The team took our Figma designs and built a fast, stable WordPress site that handles our app downloads and blog perfectly.
