What this covers
PixeloLabs (“we”, “us”) is a web design and engineering studio working on Shopify, WordPress, Drupal and Craft CMS. This policy explains what information we collect through pixelolabs.com and our client work, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It applies to visitors of this site and to prospective and current clients.
Information we collect
Directly from you: name, email, phone, company and project details you submit through our contact form or by email.
Automatically: pages viewed, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through server-side GTM and GA4 as described below.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver engagements, and understand which pages and channels actually lead to work, using the same measurement discipline we build for clients. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run a newsletter or marketing sequence off this form.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses GA4 via server-side Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and conversions. Analytics cookies are non-essential, and declining them will not affect how the site works. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
Service providers that keep the studio running, such as email and calendar tooling and analytics infrastructure, all bound by their own confidentiality and data-processing terms. We do not share client information with other clients or third parties for their own use.
Data retention
Enquiry and project information is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data follows GA4’s standard retention windows.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for analytics, at any time. Email hello@pixelolabs.com and we will handle it directly, without routing it through a ticket queue.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, for active clients, say so directly rather than let it pass silently.

We rarely hire, and never in a hurry.
We don’t run an open pipeline or post generic listings. When a build needs a skill we don’t have, we go looking, usually through people we’ve already worked with.
